We staff deliberately and add people when the work requires it, not on a growth schedule.

- Canadian treasury practitioners Including controllers, FP&A leads, and treasury analysts, for advisory work, a paid review of our recommendation logic, or a future product role.
- Engineers with fintech experience Especially in Next.js, Supabase, and Stripe.
- Compliance and policy specialists Familiar with PIPEDA, FINTRAC posture, and Canadian payments regulation.
